Job Description, Duties &
Requirements:
As a well-established printing center in Miami, we are
dedicated to growing our business through excellent
customer service and quality. We currently have openings
for a Copy Center Operator and a Customer Service/Front
counter person.
The Customer service person is responsible for assisting
every aspect of customer service at the front counter
ensuring the quality and timeliness of customer
projects. This position provides customer service to our
existing customers and any walk-in traffic.
The Copy Center Operator is responsible to run our
digital copiers as well as to maintain them as much as
possible, do some bindery and some customer service.
Based on those responsibilities, we're looking for
individuals who have a minimum of two years experience
in the Printing or Graphic arts Industry, and have
experience dealing with the public The ideal candidates
must have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a
production environment, and have knowledge of basic
computer skills.
This position reports to the center General Manager.
The day-to-day responsibilities include:
Customer Service:
Customer Service- Interaction with existing customers
over the phone or over the counter.
Job completion- Assisting the manager in the daily
routines of order taking, follow up, proofing, and
insuring that customers get prompt delivery of their
orders.
Other tasks- you will assist in answering customer
inquiries and getting specifications for customer
projects; Marketing of all our products and services,
and upwelling to customers all of our products. In
certain cases you will required to help with some other
tasks such as bindery filing and copying.
Copy Center Operator:
Copy Output- you will oversee and operate digital copy
equipment;
Job Completion- You will ensure that all copy jobs are
completed on schedule and to our quality standards;
Customer Service-you will assist in answering customer
inquiries and getting specifications for customer
projects;
Starting salary is based upon experience, in addition we
have in place a great bonus program, and Aflac
supplemental medical program. As part of our team, you
