The Surrounding Area

The Town of Miami Lakes is conveniently located in Miami-Dade County, just south of the Broward County line. This positions it in a suburban area that is just minutes from the beaches as well as the downtown areas of Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

The Town is located off the Palmetto Expressway (SR 826), near the terminus of Interstate 75. Exits from the Palmetto Expressway for Miami Lakes include NW 154th Street (Miami Lakes Drive) and NW 67th Avenue (Ludlam Road).
