Roland Sanchez-Medina Jr. is an attorney with over 25 years of experience in the areas of corporate, real estate and tax law, and serving the community. He graduated from the University of Miami in 1988 with a bachelor’s in business administration. He then went on to Boston College Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1991. In 1992, he attended New York University where he completed his Master of Laws in Taxation. Since then, he has been based in Miami-Dade County. He co-founded SMGQ Law after working at some of the largest law firms in the country. He has served on the Florida Bar Board of Governors for over eight years and is currently the President-Elect Designate of The Florida Bar. He is also a former president of the Cuban American Bar Association, a member of the Orange Bowl Committee and the chairman of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
